Interviews with successful diaspora – Marija Novaković, Executive Board Member at Hilti Deutschland

Marija Novaković is one of the most successful members of the Serbian business diaspora in Austria. During her career, she worked for Siemens in Austria, Germany and Serbia in senior management positions, and is currently Executive Board Member at Hilti Deutschland. In this interview, we talked with Maria about her career and the success she achieved in Austria and Germany, the importance of the Link Up! Serbia II for fostering cooperation with the Serbian business diaspora and her participation in project activities. As a mentor and broker, Marija will provide support to small and medium enterprises from Serbia that want to enter DACH markets in IT, energy and construction sectors.
